  • 4) What is the event? E.g. a wedding, engagement party, etc. 
  • 5) How many hours do you need a photographer / videographer for? (E.g. 8 hours). Also timings e.g. 1pm-11pm.
  • 6) How many professionals do you need? E.g. One individual to both film and photograph or two? Do you need more than one photographer, etc?

VIDEO-editing questions:
  • How many hours of footage do you have?
  • What video lengths do you want? Do you want one longer video e.g. 45 minutes and one shorter 3-10 minute one e.g. for Facebook?
  • Do you need it edited in (1080i) HD, 4K Ultra HD, or a lower quality YouTube version (e.g. 720 HD) for faster streaming -or all, etc? 
  • Do you have any special requirements or preferences? E.g. tight deadlines.

PHOTOGRAPH-editing questions:
  • How many photographs need editing?
  • Do you need basic photograph editing or more advanced editing e.g. pimples? 
  • Do you want black and white copies of all photographs?
  • Or all photographs re-sized for Facebook?
  • Do you want a wedding album or slideshow video of photographs to music or any other products?​​​
